My husband Bob Sowers and I, Georgia Sowers, would love to visit with you about our rent houses and garage apartments in Brenham, Texas. We actually live in two places, a traditional home in Clear Lake area of Houston, Texas and our country property in Brenham, Texas where we have our horses and Bob enjoys a beautiful garden. We have had rental homes in Brenham since 1999 and have a nice variety to choose from (large and medium size homes and two upstairs garage apartments). Our rents are competitive and we practice fair, friendly, and equal opportunity landlord policies. We lease by the year and have had wonderful long-term tenants. We are members of the Washington County Chamber of Commerce and have many friends in the community.
